Pool Rules

POOL RULES 2020

1.       No Lifeguards on duty at any time.  Any use of the pool and the surrounding area is at your own risk.

2.      Infants or small children under 3 (and any children over 3 if not potty trained) MUST wear swim diapers AND a plastic rubber pant over top.

3.      All persons must shower before entering the pool.  No street clothes allowed in the pool.

4.      No running, diving, pushing, or other rowdy behavior, including forcibly throwing others into the pool, will be allowed. No furniture in the pool.

5.      All non-related guests must be accompanied by a member of the association; a maximum of 3 non-related guests OR 1 non-related family are permitted at any given time per household.  Please inform all guests of the rules and please be considerate of your neighbors when inviting guests, such as on holidays, when the pool may be crowded. You are responsible for the actions of any related or non-related guest you invite to the pool.

Related Guests do not need to be accompanied by an owner BUT cannot bring their own guests.

6.       No food or beverages (except water) is allowed in the gated pool area.

7.       No pets are allowed in the pool or in the gated pool area.

8.       Rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles etc may not be ridden in the gated pool area.

9.       Only battery operated media devices with earphones, not audible to other guests, are allowed in the gated pool area.

10.   Access to the pool area is allowed through the gate only during pool hours.  Entry by any other means will result in immediate suspension of pool privileges and deactivation of the owner’s pool fob for an amount of time determined by the board.

Pool Hours:

Mon – Sun:  7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Quiet Hours:  7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. & 9:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

ENFORCEMENT:  If you notice a problem or a violation of the rules we ask that you first address the problem directly with your neighbor. We have found that a little polite conversation goes a long way. In the event that does not work, please notify the board of any violation. Three reports of violation of pool rules will result in suspension of pool privileges for a period to be determined by the Board. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our pool clean and a desirable place to relax over the summer.

Clarification on pool use: Owners can bring guests (non-related) to the pool but guests of owners cannot come alone. Adult children of owners can come without their parents but cannot bring guests with them. Ex. Owner A’s adult child who does not live with owner A can swim without owner A but adult child cannot bring guests with them, adult child can only bring spouse or children (grandchildren to owner A).
